No. We do not take any credit card or debit card or bank details. It is absolutely free and has no link with any payments.
You pay through invoices. Based on your subscription plan, we send you a tax invoice. You can pay it to our bank account within 10 days from the receipt of the invoice.

Annual subscription has 8% discount on the total subscription value.
We take our customers seriously and each customer will get a consultant allocated for their queries and doubts. During the trial period, we train the users to learn the system, upload data like customers, materials etc and also design the printout templates with logo or any other changes that are need to the standard templates available.
We have various means of Chats communications like Skype, Whatsapp, Telegram, IMO. We do the meetings and demos through Teams, Google Meet and Zoom. In addition to that, we have a support chat in our website which you can directly connect with our support team.
During the trial period you can try all the process and take a decision if the product is suitable for your needs. If yes, you can ask for the production account. If not, you can simply drop a mail or message to your contact person. There is absolutely no obligation to continue after the trial period.
Your data resides for 14 days. For some reason if you want to continue or if you want to download them to excel, you can do it. After 14 days you will informed that the data will be deleted after which it cannot be restored
Yes, you can transfer the data from demo to production. Normally the master data like customers, materials, vendors can be transferred from demo to production. Transactions like invoices etc can be done depending on the business needs
You will be named a dedicated consultant. You can always communicate with them for any issues and they will internally take care of configuration or fixing them. All communications are done professionally and keep you updated.
Absolutely. You can extend your modules anytime with a marginal cost. We do not sell module based products like other providers. Our is simply a package to which you subscribe and get all modules. Just inform your contact person and he will activate the ERP for you with what functionality you want.
